Effective Fall 2016, Castle Consulting Services is launching a career coaching practice. This practice will provide career coaching to recent college graduates, women reentering the workforce, and seasoned professionals facing major transitions through downsizing, or career shifting. In todayís competitive job market, we have observed the need and the value of career coaching in order to achieve success. Our newly appointed practice leader will utilize our comprehensive market knowledge based on many years in professional search, coupled with our many years of experience as members of Corporate America.

We will offer services that focus on developing and fine-tuning your skills, researching information specific to career direction, feedback on enhancing your resume and social media presence, coaching for successful interviews, tips on creating your value proposition, and a strategy for a career transition plan if required. Our fees will be determined based on the services provided.
