Phase 3 – Select and present only the most qualified talents.
We’ll present, in writing, only those talents specific to your requirements. All talents are screened multiple times by our team.
Phase 4 – Schedule and prepare talents for client interviews.
We handle the logistics and follow through with both candidate and client to keep the process on track, ensuring both parties remain engaged in the process and the process moves forward in a timely fashion.
Phase 5 – Check and provide references prior to candidate offer.
The candidate’s experience and skills are verified and summarized in writing to the client.
Phase 6 – Negotiate candidate offer and acceptance.
We assist and advise in determining appropriate compensation based on our knowledge of similar positions in the industry and geographic area. Adhering to the steps in our thorough search process helps ensure the offer made is accepted.
