Janet L. Silverman, Founder, and President, has over 25 years of sales, sales leadership, marketing, and training experience in the technology sector, working for Fortune 500 and start-up organizations. As a senior-level manager for such companies as AT&T, Comverse Technology, Siemens, and IBM, she has built successful sales and marketing organizations. She has worked in various locations throughout the U.S. and called on F100 - F5000 clients.
Janet’s experience in sales, marketing, and sales management has rendered her a valuable resource in identifying, qualifying, and presenting quality top talents. More importantly, she is successful at working hand-in-hand with her clients and top talents to ensure the best individual is not only given an offer but accepts it.
Janet has developed a strong network of domestic and international strategic partners, including recruiters, marketing, human resource, and venture capital firms. Veronica Costanza is our Research Specialist and Special Projects Manager. She has over 20 years of managerial and sales experience in the retail, consumer goods, and publishing sectors, with an additional 12 years in education, both fundraising and teaching. As Group Publisher for a multimillion-dollar portfolio of computer trade magazines, Veronica was responsible for staff and resource management, including new product development, budget analysis, marketing, and the hiring, training, and coaching of sales and editorial professionals. Her true expertise is in providing customized plans for clients that result in goal fulfillment and positive returns. Veronica does this through clear communication and thorough research of industries and solutions.
Veronica holds a B.A. in Communication and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Fordham University.

Veronica Mingoia
Veronica Mingoia is our Recruiter and Business Development leader. She has over 18 years of healthcare management experience with roles in practice administration, healthcare informatics, and BI software training. Veronica applies her experience in business management, from comprehensive human resources and staff management to recruiting and talent acquisition. She strives to utilize strong data analysis, mining, and communication techniques to identify well-qualified and successful sales, marketing, and professionals as well as highly skilled technologists in fields such as software development and engineering, product management, networking, and security.
Veronica holds a B.S. in Life Sciences with a Biology concentration from SUNY-Purchase College.

Annie Silverman
Annie Silverman is our Marketing Specialist. She brings a unique and creative approach from her background in design and teaching studio and visual art. Annie is a highly creative graphic designer overseeing website design and social media content. She is responsible for successfully creating and coordinating content and materials. She also provides backup administrative support.
Annie holds a B.F.A. with a concentration in Painting and a focus in Digital Arts from Salisbury University and an M.A. in Art and Art Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Michelle Sutton
Michelle Sutton is our Recruiter and Researcher. She has over 15 years of office management experience in the education and professional services industries. Michelle’s extensive business management, direct marketing initiatives, staff management, and client recruitment strategies apply directly to her successful track record as a Recruiter. Her ability to rapidly identify and secure top talent has allowed her to procure outstanding hires across all organizational levels for our clients. She has developed a diverse talent pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future searches.
